Welcome to RYATS. By accessing our platform, requesting production quotes, or utilizing our engineering design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to the website and services provided by Ryats Packaging Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our digital platform or design portals.

2. Scope of Services

RYATS provides end-to-end premium packaging support, including structural design, prototyping, production management, and quality control. All final production agreements, manufacturing timelines, and unit pricing matrices are governed by separate, project-specific commercial contracts.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • RYATS Property: All website layouts, custom graphics, proprietary software workflows, text, and marketing media are the exclusive property of Ryats Packaging Ltd.

  • Client Property: Clients retain complete intellectual property ownership over all submitted artwork, logos, and custom structural concepts. By submitting files, you grant RYATS a temporary license to utilize these materials solely for manufacturing your prototypes and production runs.

4. User Conduct & File Submission

When uploading design files or submitting project briefs, you agree that you own the rights to the content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or trademarks. RYATS reserves the right to suspend any project request involving copyrighted material without valid ownership documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Production Notice: While RYATS enforces a meticulous 4-step Quality Control Process (from Pre-Production Samples to Final Delivery), we are not liable for minor cosmetic variances inherent to natural material boards, nor for third-party shipping delays occurring outside our logistical control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts within our primary operational hubs.

7. Amendments to Terms

RYATS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to align with updated manufacturing capabilities, international trade compliances, or platform security enhancements. Your continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
